START MAKING A STORYBOARD TIMELINE FOR EVERY STORY OF WHAT YOU WANT TO HAPPEN AND THEN USE THAT AS A VERY MODERATE GUIDELINE AND WRITE WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT INBETWEEN!!! (ie: journaling and putting it into whichever story it falls into, just say the crazy shit you think and do all day)
